At Front of House we don’t waste time with fancy buzz words. We believe our performance will do the talking.
We recruit by recommendations and only take staff with previous restaurant, event & hospitality experience. We predominantly take graduates and our core staff are London based dancers, musical theatre performers, actors, artists and hospitality professionals. Therefore their commitment and regularity is for long-term periods. Good communication skills are at the heart of our recruitment selection process. The average age of our staff members is 25. This maturity and outlook is reflected in the service.
Each potential staff member has a phone interview and if they have good communication skills and they have relevant experience they will be called in for an interview. If the interview is deemed successful we then organise a thorough INDIVIDUAL training session. They are trained in full service (bar, reception, dinner, cloakroom). We also encourage clients to host their own training so that the staff are fully briefed in their service requirements.
